I would like to let you know that the Wendy’s Restaurant #00004133 at 675 W. Parks Hwy., Wasilla, AK needs to cut back on the amount of salt put on the French fries. Ordered 2 Combo–single cheese, small fries and a small Dr. Pepper for the total amount of $16.91–which is outrageous to me, but couldn’t even eat the fries as they were coated in so much salt. I would have taken it back but, it just wasn’t worth the time and effort to turn around as the traffic was very heavy due to road construction. This was an order to go–and it will be the last order to go for me.

We stop at this Wendy’s twice a week between 11am & 1pm for over a year as it is on the way to my mother-n-laws. The service is so slow that you can watch people come in the door, turn around and leave because of a long line. The drive-thru is just as bad. I don’t think I’ve ever seen fast a food place loose so much business. Somebody isn’t watching the sinking ship!

When you put in the restaurant number, you will have to add a few extra zeros before the number, to completely fill out the space provided.
While at your window on my lunch hour, my credit card would not go through. Right now let me say that I am no deadbeat, but the way I was treated by the lady at the window, broke my heart. She tried twice for the card but for some reason it would not go through so I handed back my drink and then she proceeded to shut the window on me without any words at all. She just closed the window without saying anything like I was scum. I work hard everyday and I just happen to have an issue with my credit card and I was made to feel like I was crap. I was adopted to and no one should ever be treated like that EVER!!!! I am 60 years old and have never treated anyone like that ever. You should really pay more attention to the people you hire. If they don’t like their job, they should quite and give other people a change who actually like working and helping people. Sorry I needed to get out my frustrations. I was at the Wendy’s on 131 ave and 50 street in Edmonton, Alberta. There is a real problem when the team members rip you off the lady in front of me left $20.00 with the cashier to put towards my order. When I pulled up to the window the girl was asking for help but got none. Finally a person came over to help her and she still proceeded to charge me full price. I happened to know the person in front of me. So now the store is pocketing $20.00 that is not there’s. your team should be trained to know that when someone is paying for someone else’s order they do t in return just keep the money. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning to Wendy’s anymore and neither will my friend. Something should happen to this store I hope.
