To participate in the Dave & Buster’s guest satisfaction survey, you must adhere to the following requirements:
- You must have a receipt with a 17- digit ID number.
- You must have a phone or computer that can connect to the internet.
- You must understand enough English to read and answer the questions.
- You must be at least 16 years old. InMoment will never intentionally collect personal information from someone who is under the age of 16.
Dave & Buster’s Survey: How to Complete
- To begin the survey, open the www.dnbsurvey.com website. This is the official Dave & Buster’s survey page. Check your receipt to see the exact address, as survey websites may change.
- Enter your 17-digit ID from your Dave & Buster’s receipt.
- Select the day that you visited a Dave & Buster’s locations.
- If you a member of the Dave & Buster’s rewards program, please enter the 8 or 9 digit number sequence on the back of your card.
- Select what you do during your visits to Dave & Busters (Ex. eat, drink alcoholic beverages, play games, and/or watch sports on TV).
- Overall, on a scale of 1-5 (5 is a fantastic experience, and 1 is a poor experience), would you rate your experience during your last visit.
- Next, rate your satisfaction with the dining options.
- On the next page, you will rate your dining experience: attentiveness of the server, the speed of meal prep and delivery, value for the price that you paid for your food, quality of the food or drinks you ordered.
- Answer yes/no if a manager stopped by your table.
- Select one item from a list of menu choices that you enjoyed the most.
- Select which rib or steak menu item you enjoyed the most.
- Rate your satisfaction with the bar service (on a scale of 1-5).
- If you ordered an alcoholic beverage from the bar, provide a rating for the following areas of customer service: speed of the server, attentiveness of server, and the quality of your drink.
- Let Dave and Buster’s know if you plan on returning to one of their locations.
- Select which demographic you fall under and enter your zip code.
- You may agree to answer more demographic questions, or end the survey early.
- At the end of the survey, you have the option to provide any additional thoughts and then share the survey on social media.
