To complete the Cici’s Pizza survey, you will need to meet a few requirements:
- Have a receipt from your visit that includes the store number and date of visit
- Have an electronic device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone
Cici’s Survey: How to Complete It
- Visit the Cici’s Guest Satisfaction Survey Page, cicis.survey.marketforce.com.
- Choose either English or Spanish.
- Enter the location number, time of visit, and the date of visit located on your receipt.
- Click “Start” then “Begin Survey”.
- Report what type of dining setting you were in, the total amount spent, and the number of people in your party in the three consecutive pages.
- Indicate if this was your first dining experience with Cici’s, or the first time in six months or more. Report how frequently you dine with Cici’s. Then, rate your visit experience.
- Answer the series of questions about your satisfaction with the customer service, food quality, and value at your recent visit.
- Rate the cleanliness and comfort of the restroom, game room, and restaurant.
- Report whether your experience with Cici’s was problem free and how likely you would be to return.
- You will be asked if you would like to answer more questions. If you answer “Yes”, you will be asked for general recommendations, positive feedback, if you are a member of Cici’s loyalty rewards program, and then sent to a page that will ask demographic information. If you select “No”, you will be asked if you are ready to submit your survey.
- You will receive your validation code with instructions to bring the code written onto your receipt in the provided space to validate your offer.
